What are the prices for Individual, Parent-Child and Family Annual Passes respectively? How do I apply for them? What documents are required? How can I apply for an invoice?

The Ocean Friends Individual Annual Pass costs ¥388; the Parent-Child Annual Pass costs ¥688 (covers 1 adult and 1 child over 1.0 m tall under 16 years of age); the Family Annual Pass costs ¥888 (covers 2 adults and 1 child over 1.0 m tall under 16 years of age).

Application & Renewal Channels: Please bring your valid identity document to the Annual Pass Counter in the aquarium lobby to apply for or renew your pass.

Required Materials: When applying, provide ID details for all adult members and identification information for children (such as ID numbers or dates of birth).

Invoice Application: If you need an invoice, simply inform the on-site staff when activating your pass.

Are there renewal discounts for annual passes?
A
Renewals must be processed within 60 days of the validity period; no discounts are available for expired passes.

Renew your Individual Pass before expiration at the preferential price of ¥318; renew your Parent-Child Pass before expiration at ¥618; renew your Family Annual Pass before expiration at ¥818.

In addition, renewals of Parent-Child and Family Annual Passes come with an extra 2 months of validity.

How many members are covered by Parent-Child and Family Annual Passes respectively? Is there an extra charge to add a child under 16 years old?

A Parent-Child Annual Pass covers 1 adult plus 1 child under 16. A Family Annual Pass covers 2 adults plus 1 child under 16.
An additional fee of ¥200 is charged for each extra child under 16, with a maximum of two extra children allowed per pass.

Can I apply for an annual pass online, or is on-site processing mandatory?

You may purchase an annual pass online in advance. Before your first visit, you must complete activation procedures at the Annual Pass Counter in the lobby with your valid identity document.

Does every registered member need to be present to apply? Can I submit an application if not all members are on site?
A
The primary pass holder must attend in person for photo capture and information entry. For Parent-Child or Family Annual Passes, all members listed on the pass must be present to take photos.

Are electronic ID cards or photos of ID cards acceptable when applying for an annual pass?
A
Original identification documents must be presented when registering member information for a Family Annual Pass for the first time. If you fail to bring the physical original document, you may show electronic versions or photos of your ID card to on-site staff.
